We are always looking to add quality coaches to our program. Whether your interested in serving as an Assistant Coach or interested in running your own team as a Head Coach we have an opportunity for you!

Overview:
The Head Baseball Coach is responsible for providing their players and families the best travel baseball experience possible through quality instruction, communication, and commitment.
Responsibilities:
- Plans, schedules, and organizes quality practices at least one practice per week during the winter months of January and February and two practices per week during the season
- Provide quality instruction that assists the development of players of all skill levels
- Schedules and attends at least 6-8 travel tournaments throughout the course of the season depending on age group(March-August)
- Communicates all team related activities such as practices and games to parents in a professional, detailed, and timely manner
- Attends any team related tryouts
- Interacts and provides necessary feedback to parents
- Provides a safe and enjoyable team environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in playing and coaching baseball
- Ability to manage, plan, organize, implement, and execute
- Customer-focused attitude and ability to communicate professionally with parents of children
- Ability to organize baseball practices
- Superior interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic and leadership skills
- Self-motivated
- Good conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work with children demonstrating patience, empathy, and understanding
Working Conditions / Special Requirements:
- Routinely required to work extended hours of time such as weekend and evenings
- Physical ability to accomplish all tasks such as running effective baseball practices
- Routinely exposed to extreme hot/cold weather conditions, and dust / particles
Additional Items
Coaches are not expected to collect money and are not financially responsible for anything related to the team such as purchasing equipment. Coaches are not responsible for ordering equipment, uniforms, or reserving practice facilities. Coaches are not expected to travel and have the ability to select events and dates that are convenient for them. All travel expenses such as food, gas, hotels, etc. are included in their coaching stipend.

Join our Coaching Mentorship Program!
Our Coaching Mentorship Program is geared towards recent college graduates or individuals currently enrolled in college who have a strong interest in coaching baseball at a high level.
Our program is designed to help aspiring coaches break into the industry and gain the experience of coaching a team by learning directly from high level coaches
Our mentorship program pairs aspiring coaches with a compatible team or teams within our program based on that individuals coaching interests.
The aspiring coach will spend the summer with their assigned team assisting with practice planning, teaching and development, game management, team administration tasks, and other responsibilities that would give the individual the experience and knowledge needed to coach their own team.
Our program consists of coaches with experience coaching high level travel, high school, college, and semi-pro. Individuals will have the opportunity to learn directly from these high level coaches.
